Q: When does my warranty start?
A: Your 1-year labor warranty begins on the completion date of your installation, as documented on your service invoice.
Q: Do I need to register my warranty?
A: No registration required! Your warranty is automatically active upon completion of installation. We keep all records on file.
Q: What if I sell my home?
A: Our labor warranty transfers to the new homeowner for the remaining warranty period. Manufacturer warranties may also transfer.
Q: Is there a warranty deductible?
A: No deductibles! Covered warranty work is performed at absolutely no cost to you.
Q: How quickly do you respond to warranty calls?
A: Warranty calls receive priority scheduling. Emergency warranty issues are typically addressed within 4 hours.
